- Tournament Date: December 6-8th, 2008 (Saturday thru Monday)
- Tournament Location: IceForum in Duluth and Kennesaw, Georgia

- Mites = $900
- Squirts = $950
- Peewees = $1,000
- Bantams = $1,050
- Midgets = $1,100

You can also fax application to 770-427-0599 (hardcopy will still need to be
mailed in).
Make sure to include your payment with your application and a copy of your
USAH official signed roster.
Please make checks payable to “SIHA”.
*Note: Application does not guarantee acceptance into this tournament. You will
be notified through email as soon as possible if you are accepted. If your team is
not accepted you will receive notification and a full refund. Please do not wait
until the deadline to send in your application.
Tournament Game Schedule:
Game schedule will be released two weeks prior to tournament start date
Withdraws:
If you register and decide to withdraw from the tournament less than 10 days before
the tournament start date, a full refund will not be given. A $250.00 late withdrawal
fee will be imposed.
