IHA POLICY FOR PLAYERS RECEIVING 5 OR MORE PENALTIES IN ONE GAME FOR THE SAME HOCKEY SEASON
To reinforce safety and on the ice discipline in IHA house league, following will apply to all players receiving 5 or more penalties in one game:

1st Five Penalties in one game, rule 401(b) USA Hockey:
Player receives Five Penalties in one game, rule
401(b) USA Hockey, will receive a Game misconduct plus
verbal warning from the League Hockey Department. This means that this player will be suspended for the next scheduled game and must sign the score sheet after the game. This player CAN’T be on the bench with his team during suspension!

2nd Five Penalties in one game, rule 401(b) USA Hockey:
The second time in the same hockey season, if Player receives Five Penalties in one game, rule
401(b) USA Hockey, this player will receive a Game misconduct plus
3 additional Game Misconducts from the League Hockey Department.
Total 4 game suspension!

3rd Five Penalties in one game, rule 401(b) USA Hockey:
The third time in the same hockey season, if Player receives Five Penalties in one game, rule
401(b) USA Hockey, this player will receive a Game misconduct plus
6 additional Game Misconducts from the League Hockey Department.
Total 7 game suspension!

4th Five Penalties in one game, rule 401(b) USA Hockey:
The fourth time in the same hockey season, if Player receives Five Penalties in one game, rule
401(b) USA Hockey,
this player will be suspended for the rest of the current hockey season!
